77ac Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77ac platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services and support functions available at https://77ac.vu and any associated mobile-optimised pages (collectively, the "Platform"). 77ac is an online entertainment platform offering casino games and sports betting services to eligible adult users. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and 77ac ("we", "us", "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 77ac reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To use the 77ac Platform, you must register a single account using accurate and complete personal information. You may hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different mobile numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your account, you must provide:

• A valid mobile phone number that you own and control, which will serve as your primary account identifier.
• A secure password that you do not use on any other platform or service.
• Your date of birth, which 77ac uses to verify the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Confirmation that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 77ac will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 77ac support immediately.

All financial transactions on the 77ac Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the supported payment methods listed in the Platform cashier. 77ac does not apply currency conversion fees to BDT transactions. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard.

The following financial terms apply to all accounts on the Platform:

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, in order to prevent money laundering.
• 77ac reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding a defined threshold. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that are free of active wagering obligations are eligible for withdrawal.
• 77ac reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

77ac offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are only available to users who have a verified account in good standing. New registrations may be required to complete an initial deposit before a welcome bonus is credited.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual offer terms.
• 77ac reserves the right to revoke any bonus and cancel associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through multiple accounts, fraudulent registration or circumvention of bonus restrictions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. They cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash directly.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit or place any wager on the Platform. 77ac provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within each user's account settings. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ac Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes or exploit Platform mechanics in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or misconfigured games to obtain winnings that would not have been payable under normal operation. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process payments on behalf of third parties, or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated multi-account registrations, artificial wagering patterns or other methods designed to generate profit from bonus funds without genuine recreational play.

77ac employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals suspended during the review period. Users found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their accounts permanently closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited at 77ac's sole discretion.

77ac reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. The most common grounds for account action are listed below, though 77ac is not obligated to limit enforcement actions to these circumstances alone:

Accounts may be suspended or closed for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the timeframe requested by 77ac.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse, payment fraud or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, following reasonable advance notice to the registered contact details.

All content on the 77ac Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, icons, audio, video and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 77ac or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit in any commercial manner any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 77ac. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ac and its officers, directors, employees, agents and content providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or interruption of service, even if 77ac has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77ac does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical upgrades, third-party provider outages or circumstances beyond 77ac's reasonable control. 77ac will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

77ac collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77ac uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard user data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. 77ac reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Where the amendments are material, 77ac will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 77ac Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law. In the event of any dispute between you and 77ac, you are encouraged to contact 77ac support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 77ac will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable time. These Terms are drafted in English, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict with a translated version.
